Canton Sarajevo in partnership with BIHAMK launches the construction of an educational traffic park

(Patria) - Canton Sarajevo and the Bosnian-Herzegovinian Auto-Moto Club (BIHAMK) are starting the implementation of an educational traffic park, which aims to improve traffic culture and educate children about safe participation in traffic. The Prime Minister of Canton Sarajevo, Nihad Uk, and the Secretary General of BIHAMK, Rasim Kadić, discussed this significant project with their associates.

The project represents an important step forward in educating the youngest, and its implementation will begin immediately after obtaining the building permit from the Municipality of Ilidža. The construction is expected to be completed by the beginning of the next school year, providing students with a modern center adapted to their needs.

"Education about traffic culture is of key importance for the safety of children and all road users. The partnership between Canton Sarajevo and BIHAMK on this project shows our commitment to improving education through practical and modern methods," emphasized Prime Minister Uk.

Education about traffic culture is already being incorporated into the school curricula for fifth-grade students in elementary schools in Canton Sarajevo, and the new educational park will further enhance this process. The training is planned to be interactive, engaging, and adapted to modern generations.

"Thanks to the location of this park in Butmir, students will have the opportunity to be in nature while gaining valuable knowledge about traffic rules and safety, which will further contribute to their overall educational experience," concluded Prime Minister Uk.

Canton Sarajevo and BIHAMK continue with strategic investments in safety and education, believing that prevention through education is the key to a safer society.
