Sarajevo Canton: Payment of benefits to social welfare recipients begins

 

The Ministry of Labour, Social Policy, Displaced Persons and Refugees of Sarajevo Canton informs social welfare recipients in this canton that today, in the afternoon hours, they will be able to withdraw their benefits from current accounts at selected banks, announced the relevant ministry, as reported by the Patria news agency.

The relevant cantonal ministry has paid funds in the amount of 1,083,520.56 KM for this purpose, covering benefits for the mentioned recipients for the month of July.

The aforementioned funds have been allocated for 4,766 recipients: permanent financial assistance, cash benefits for assistance and care by another person, one-time assistance, exceptional assistance, compensation for placement in another family, as well as for placement in social welfare institutions, health insurance compensation, compensation for life and work training, and reimbursement of medical examinations.
