Canton Sarajevo paid 75,000 KM to members of teams for the creation of the Social Card, all activities stopped in 2020

(Patria) - Activities on the creation of the social card in CS began in May 2018, and to this day this project has not been completed, nor are any activities being carried out for the implementation of the project "Social Map in CS", according to the answer of the Ministry of Labor, Social Policy, Displaced Persons and Refugees of CS to the question of the Assembly member of CS Vedrana Vujović regarding the stage of the project, the methodology used, the costs, and when the social card should be presented. There is no social card and it is unknown when it will be.

The distribution of aid from the European Union for social categories from the energy package showed that we have a large number of people in need. The social card in CS was supposed to clearly identify the number of citizens in need, based on which projects, budgets, social benefits would be planned... However, this is not the case with the current Government of CS.

For the work of the teams formed in 2018 and 2019, which consisted of 18 members, 74,812 KM were spent. One team was responsible for the Methodology for the creation of the social card, and the other for the implementation of the project "Social Map of CS". The deadline for the implementation of the second team's project was June 30, 2020.

In Canton Sarajevo, only a pilot study was conducted, but not the main study. The reason given in the answer is the Covid-19 pandemic.

On the other hand, the Ministry also provided a breakdown of costs, with 8,975 KM spent in 2018, 40,152 KM in 2019, and 25,685 KM in 2020, exclusively for fees of external team members.

A company that collected data in the pilot study was paid 6,000 KM.
