KJKP Rad truck broke a manhole cover on a busy street in Dobrinja, residents demand urgent repair

In Trg djece Dobrinje, one of the busiest streets in the Dobrinja neighborhood, a truck from KJKP Rad drove over a manhole and broke its metal cover, now posing a great danger to passersby, especially children, reports the Patria agency.

Residents warned KJKP Rad workers about the damage caused, but they simply left the scene. The residents managed to photograph the truck and its license plate, and are demanding that the company Rad restore the manhole to its original condition.

Owners of nearby businesses and residents, in front of whose doors the open manhole is located, are demanding urgent repair to avoid possible unwanted consequences.

As a temporary measure, residents placed a wooden board over it, but they say this is not a solution.

- This street is very busy. Children run around here, someone will fall in and get seriously injured. Cars can also hit this hole because the street is very busy - residents say.
