What role did he play in Potočari on July 11: Lawyer from BIA's lost phone is Duško Tomić

The photo and name of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian lawyer that a BIA agent kept in his phone before losing it on July 11 in Potočari, after the attack on Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić, is controversial lawyer Duško Tomić, the BH news agency Patria has learned from sources close to the investigation.

During the investigation into the attack on Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić in Srebrenica, a mobile phone belonging to an agent of the Security-Information Agency was found in Potočari. The agent most likely lost it on July 11 during the burial of genocide victims, BHRT reported, citing sources close to the investigation.
A valuable clue in the investigation of the attack on Vučić was very possibly found in that mobile phone.

One of the photos found in the phone is of BH lawyer Duško Tomić and a BIA memo stating that the agency had received information that the lawyer intended to approach Prime Minister Vučić upon his entry into the Memorial Center, to welcome him with: "Welcome to Srebrenica, great Serb.".

The text visible in the pictured dispatch states that the motive for the lawyer's intention is unknown.

According to the order of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the found phone will be examined, after which it should become clearer whether the content of the messages and photos links the Security-Information Agency and the mentioned individuals to the attack on Prime Minister Vučić.

The phone was found by one of the funeral attendees. While trying to find out details about the owner of the lost mobile phone, an SMS arrived with the following content:

"Have you arrived in Skelani?"

This message is problematic because Vučić was not supposed to travel to Serbia via that border crossing. Skelani was an alternative route, only in case of an incident, BHRT reported.

Upon seeing the content, the finder got scared and threw the phone in the trash. In the past few days, visitors to the Memorial Center in Potočari witnessed large amounts of garbage concentrated in several locations in the former battery factory. The garbage has not been taken to the landfill precisely because of the investigative actions being carried out in this case, NAP reports.
