How and why Tadić publicly praised Osmica, and Debevec is confused!

A meeting of the Task Force for Combating Terrorism and Preventing Terrorism Threats was held yesterday at the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, chaired by the Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Gordana Tadić.

The meeting was attended by chief prosecutors from the entities, the BiH Minister of Security, and directors and senior officials of police and security institutions and agencies from the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, both entities, and Brčko District of BiH, as well as other institutions involved in the work of the Task Force.

As was unofficially confirmed to Patria, the participants of the meeting were particularly surprised by the fact that Tadić praised the work of the Intelligence-Security Agency (OSA) and its director Osman Mehmedagić to the skies.

Mehmedagić did not appreciate the prosecutor's praise, given that he is extremely angry because the BiH Prosecutor's Office is investigating his diploma, which he eventually declared a secret document. It is also no secret that Osmica is more inclined towards Ranko Debevec, the President of the BiH Court, who is also being investigated by the BiH Prosecutor's Office and his status in Spain.

Information is expected soon from Spain regarding whether Debevec has their citizenship, whether he owns property in Spain, and how he acquired it...

Debevec and Mehmedagić are increasingly spending time together in Sarajevo cafes in the company of certain journalists and OSA employees, so Tadić's public praise for Mehmedagić confused the other participants.

Otherwise, Chief Prosecutor Tadić informed the meeting participants that the BiH Prosecutor's Office has, in a short period of only a few months this year after their extradition to BiH at the end of last year, filed indictments against 7 individuals charged with terrorist offenses and participation in foreign battlefields, of whom two accused persons, immediately after the indictment, pleaded guilty by agreement and received final verdicts.

However, the animosity between these two institutions, the Court and the Prosecutor's Office, is nearing its peak.

A reaction from the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council is also expected, but obviously, it will not happen until the Prosecutor's Office collects all the data on Ranko Debevec and concludes the investigation.
On the other hand, a final prosecutorial decision is awaited regarding Mehmedagić and his diploma, allegedly obtained at the American University in BiH from the compromised Denis Prcić.

We remind you that Osman Mehmedagić, director of the Intelligence-Security Agency (OSA), declared his diplomas secret documents after the Joint Commission for Oversight of OSA's Work requested that the director of OSA submit the diplomas based on which he was appointed to the head of OSA, and could only forward that information to the Prosecutor's Office.
Some time ago, we learned that Mehmedagić also has this diploma; the University of Business Studies Banja Luka declared Diploma No. 0419 dated September 21, 2007, from the Faculty of Business Studies, issued in the name of Osman (Meho) Mehmedagić, and based on which he was appointed to the head of OSA, null and void.
