Kajganić still a favorite of Murphy, whose country sanctions those Milanko protects!?

Milanko Kajganić, Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, who is close to SNSD and Milorad Dodik, is appearing less and less in the media. In the last 15 days, especially after the report by Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding his suspicious case assignments, which he did not conduct in accordance with the TCMS Rulebook.

Although he denied TI BiH's claims of a misunderstanding, it is difficult to believe that the HJPC, which suspiciously elected Kajganić as the chief prosecutor in BiH, will take any concrete action to resolve this case.

Halil Lagumdžija, who heads the HJPC, almost invariably defends Kajganić and finds excuses for his inaction!

However, this text is being written following the US sanctions imposed on four officials in Bosnia and Herzegovina for undermining the Dayton Peace Agreement.
“A special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska was convened on June 27, 2023, at the request of Radovan Višković, Nenad Stevandić, and Željka Cvijanović, and Miloš Bukejlović presented the law to the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on behalf of the Government of Republika Srpska.

Consequently, these four individuals bear responsibility for inciting the adoption of this regulation, which poses a threat to the implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement,” the US explanation states.

The subversion of the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina was not mentioned, but Milorad Dodik and the aforementioned individuals have been doing this systematically for a long time, most recently when they adopted a law that does not recognize the BiH Constitutional Court.

The question now arises about the actions of the BiH Prosecutor's Office and Kajganić (who has full support from the US Embassy) and why BiH state institutions have not done their job and prosecuted those responsible. Is it now clearer to Kajganić that they are committing a criminal offense! And one for which imprisonment is prescribed?

Forming a case is not enough, because we know that the drawers in the BiH Prosecutor's Office are full of 'Dodik cases', which never reach a judicial conclusion!? For example, the purchase of a villa in Dedinje or a field hospital, as well as the use of industrial oxygen!

Kajganić has no explanation, so he is not in the media either. Let's recall how often he explained why indictments were not filed against genocide deniers, justifying it by the lack of judicial practice!?

Incoherent explanations and inaction can no longer be just subjects of analysis; the HJPC must finally start doing its job.

I will remind you that after the decree of the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, was published in the Official Gazette of the entity, the BiH Prosecutor's Office formed a team that will work on this case in cooperation with other institutions. This was on July 9, after which silence ensued.

For the imaginative, try to imagine what would happen if someone from the Bosniak community behaved similarly, or God forbid, the same!

At the very least, they would be arrested within two hours.

Double standards are at play; Bosniaks on blacklists lose all rights, while Serbs and Croats strengthen and are rewarded with better positions and respect among the people. It is clear, therefore, that without adequate punishment in BiH, the subverters of the constitutional order will not stop because of American sanctions.

And it seems Kajganić will not prosecute them either, which is why the system must be urgently changed, or rather, the people in it. Because Milanko does not deserve the position he received, which was gifted to him, and that on the wings of the American Ambassador Michael Murphy, whose country sanctions those whom Kajganić protects, and the citizens of BiH get nothing but a big NOTHING from it.
