Emina Coffee wins "Golden Plaque for Product Quality" 2019

(Patria) - Emina Coffee, produced by AC Food, is the winner of the "Golden Plaque for Product Quality" 2019 award from the International Tourism and Economy Fair PANNOS recently held in Tuzla. The award
was presented after laboratory analyses conducted by the Faculty of Technology of the University of Tuzla.

"This time again, all the distinctiveness of our Emina came to the fore, which comes from the selection of varieties and the method of roasting and grinding. Our stand in Tuzla was visited by many people who, by tasting Emina,
could be convinced of its special taste and aroma, and we were especially pleased by the visit of about 50 women and girls named Emina. We provided a special gift with Emina coffee for each of them," the AC Food company stated.

Emina is roasted slower and ground in stone mills. It is known that such mills generate less heat than electric ones, so the production process retains 25-30% more intense aroma, thus preserving the stronger intensity of smell, taste, foam, and color. Emina is produced according to a special recipe, as a combination of several premium coffee varieties, without acidity or bitterness.

Emina coffee was first produced 43 years ago in Velika Kladuša as one of Agrokomerc's brands. Its return to the market was enabled by the company AC Food, which recognized the potential in the brands of the former Krajina food giant, with the aim of bringing them back to the market. AC Food was founded in 2017, is a member of AS Holding, and was established as a company that took over the production of Agrokomerc's brands. Through constant investments in innovation, new technologies, and employment, AC Food, together with other AS Holding members, develops the Bosnian-Herzegovinian economy as a whole. Export orientation makes these companies particularly important for increasing the competitiveness and development of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian food industry.
