BiH cadets suffer first defeat at European Championship

The cadet basketball team of Bosnia and Herzegovina played two excellent matches in the first two rounds of the European Championship and secured a place in the second round with wins over Serbia and Italy, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Our young men tried to achieve a third victory today against Finland, but they did not succeed. The Finns led almost the entire time, and we also missed some shots.

Quarter scores: Finland - BiH 21:16, 44:39, 63:59, 82:78.

Incidentally, our captain Džanan Musa is currently the leader in most statistical categories. He is the second-highest scorer with an average of 25.0 points, and the top rebounder with 11.5 rebounds per game. He is the tournament leader in assists with 6.0 per game, while he ranks second in field goal percentage.
