When it comes to money, Dodik accepts everything: BiH Presidency adopts a series of decisions

(Patria) - The BiH Presidency today, among other things, adopted decisions on accepting Amendment No. 3 to the Financing Agreement concluded by and between the European Investment
Bank (Bank), Bosnia and Herzegovina (Borrower) and Republika Srpska (Entity), dated September 22, 2010, with subsequent amendments (Financing Agreement) Water Supply and
Sewerage in RS (Fi 25.741-SERAPIS 2008-0556), as well as Amendment No. 4 to the Financing Agreement concluded by and between the European Investment
Bank (Bank), Bosnia and Herzegovina (Borrower) and the Federation of BiH (Entity), dated July 15, 2008 in Sarajevo and August 18, 2008 in Luxembourg, with subsequent amendments
(Financing Agreement) Water Supply and Sewerage in FBiH (Fi 24.569-SERAPIS 2006-0272).

Amendment No. 1 to the Financing Agreement concluded by and between the European Investment
Bank (Bank), Bosnia and Herzegovina (Borrower), dated January 26, 2016 in Sarajevo
and February 23, 2016 in Luxembourg (Financing Agreement) – Road Modernization of the
Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Fi 82.137 -SERAPIS 2012-0418), the Financing Agreement for the Cross-border Cooperation Program Serbia - Bosnia and
Herzegovina for 2020 between the European Commission, the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina was also accepted.

A decision was also made on the Grant Agreement (Corridor Vc2 Project in FBiH - Part 3 – Section: Poprikuše - Nemila) between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which relates to an investment grant from the European Joint Fund for the Western Balkans, and the Grant Agreement (Corridor Vc2 Project in FBiH - Part 3 - Section: Ivan Tunnel) between
Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which relates to an investment grant from the European Joint Fund for the Western Balkans.

The Loan Agreement (Green Cities - Window 2 - Brčko Water Supply) between Bosnia and
Herzegovina and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development was also accepted, as well as the Loan Agreement (Water and Sanitation Services Modernization Project) between Bosnia and
Herzegovina and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Milorad Dodik, who has been obstructing the work of this institution for a long time, also voted today on:

-Grant Agreement for a single donor trust fund - Water and Sanitation Sector Modernization Project for Bosnia and Herzegovina between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International
Bank for Reconstruction and Development in its capacity as trustee of the trust fund;
-Amendment No. 2 to the Financing Agreement concluded by and between Bosnia and Herzegovina
(Borrower), Republika Srpska and the European Investment Bank (Bank), dated December 27,
2016 in Sarajevo and December 29, 2016 in Luxembourg and Banja Luka and amended on December 2, 2019 – RS/B Hospital Project (Financing Agreement) (Fi
31.526 – SERAPIS – 2010 – 0049);
-Loan Agreement (GrCF2 W2 - Sarajevo Public Transport e-Mobility) between Bosnia and
Herzegovina and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development;
-Grant Agreement (Regional Solid Waste Project in Živinice) between Bosnia and
Herzegovina and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development relating to an investment grant from the
Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA);
-Amendment to the Framework Loan Agreement for the Regional Water Supply Project "Plava
voda", concluded on May 16, 2018.
