Komšić's Office: Milorad Dodik's Statements Border on Insanity

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Office of the Chair of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić reacted to statements by Milorad Dodik that Komšić has no legitimacy and that he hid an invitation from Brussels from the other two members and went alone, as well as that he deliberately concealed a request from the President of the European Court for the appointment of judges to the Constitutional Court, where the Presidency of BiH must be consulted in order to make the appointment.

"We consider that the statements of the member of the Presidency of BiH Milorad Dodik border on insanity. He has convinced himself of untruths, and it is the same with the appointment of a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH by the European Court of Human Rights. It is not known what is worse, that the letter they received at the same time as the other two offices was not read on time, which is not surprising because it is known that the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights mean nothing to them, or they simply pretend they did not read it. It is also possible that they read it, and then later convinced themselves they did not," said the Office of the Chair of the Presidency of BiH.

Regarding the invitation from Brussels, that invitation was addressed to the Chair of the Presidency of BiH Željko Komšić, and not to the members of the Presidency, in that specific case.

"Chairman Komšić is not responsible for the fact that no one wants to talk or associate with Mr. Dodik," they said.
