Željezničar Juniors Draw in Bulgaria, Decider to be Played at Grbavica

Željezničar juniors drew with hosts Ludogorets in Bulgaria with a score of 1:1 in the UEFA Youth League, reports Patria News Agency.

Željo started with the lineup: Dujmović – A. Šehić, Velić, Dubačkić, Beširević – Hajdarević, Osmanović – E. Šehić, Dacić, Žerić – Mujagić. For the hosts, the lineup was: Damyanov, Slavov, Valchev, Ivanov, Yankov, Milkov, L. Kovachev, Minchev, Klimentov, Dost, S. Kovachev.

In the 10th minute, Željo threatened first. Žerić entered the middle from an angle, shot with his right foot, but the ball hit the outside of the net. Two minutes later, Kovachev shot from a free kick, Dujmović caught it securely. In the 15th minute, a good through ball, Milkov went towards our goal, but Dujmović came out and saved his shot.

In the 20th minute, Mujagić shot powerfully, Damyanov sent it out for a corner. After that, the Blues took three corners, but the hosts defended well. In the 30th minute, Kovachev threatened again from a free kick, this time the ball went wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute, a quick counter-attack by the hosts, Milkov shot in the finish, and Dujmović saved it into a corner with a spectacular save. A great chance for Željo in the 34th minute. Žerić crossed from a corner, and Dubačkić shot over the goal from five meters.

In the 43rd minute, after a long, nice play by the Blues, Hajdarević shot from 20 meters, and Damyanov made a great save. In the last minute of the first half, an excellent chance for the hosts. Mujarić replaced E. Šehić in the 90th minute. In added time, two chances for Ludogorets, but Dujmović saved brilliantly on both occasions. A. Šehić was replaced by Zilić. The score did not change until the end.
