It is still unknown how much the repair of Koševo will cost, Željo will have a ready stadium

After the concert of BH singer-songwriter Dino Merlin at the Asim Ferhatović Hase stadium, which was attended by nearly 70,000 visitors, the pitch and the tartan track were damaged, writes the BH news agency Patria.

As Haris Fazlagić from the Center for Sports and Recreation told the Patria agency, people from Merlin's organization are dismantling the stage and scenery, and within a few days it will be known what the actual damage is in financial terms.

Cleaning and repair have already begun, and our people have a lot of experience with such work. We don't have much time because from Saturday the stadium should be operational with an installed grass service, as per the agreement, Olimpic should also play their league matches at the Asim Ferhatović Hase stadium. Sarajevo plays with Drina in Travnik, so we gained some time – said Fazlagić.

Fazlagić also emphasized that the stadium will meet European standards by Thursday, August 6, when FK Željezničar plays the return match against Belgian Standard de Liège.

- That is now a priority, so that our representative in the European competition has the best conditions, and we will do everything to make it so – said Fazlagić.
