Another in the series: Woman bitten by a pack of dogs in Sarajevo

In the Sarajevo settlement of Kovači this morning, a pack of stray dogs attacked a woman, who sustained a number of bites on her body, after which she ended up at the University Clinical Center in Sarajevo, writes the BH News Agency Patria (NAP).

Spokesperson for UKCS Muamera Šehić confirmed for NAP that the patient with initials M.O. (1973) was admitted in the early morning hours to the Clinic of Urgent Medicine of UKCS with multiple wounds on both lower legs, back, abdomen, and head.

- The wounds resulted from dog bites. The patient received assistance at the Clinic of Urgent Medicine, after which she was referred for further examinations to the Clinic for Infectious Diseases. She will most likely be sent for home treatment during the day – said Šehić, writes NAP.
