Johannes Hahn visits Sarajevo: Time to work in the interest of citizens

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - European Commissioner for Enlargement Johannes Hahn will hold meetings with members of the BiH Presidency in Sarajevo today, and afterwards with the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Denis Zvizdić and his deputies Mirko Šarović and Vjekoslav Bevanda. 

At 12:00 PM, Hahn will sign a joint declaration with parliamentary party leaders, outlining the principles of action for parties regarding BiH's European path, as well as socio-economic reforms intended to ensure a better life for BiH citizens. 

The European Commissioner will also hold a meeting with representatives of the non-governmental and civil sectors. 

“I have just arrived in Sarajevo for meetings with political authorities and civil society representatives. The focus is on discussing the socio-economic reforms that BiH commits to undertaking in order to move forward on its EU path. It is time to work in the interest of citizens!”, Hahn wrote on Twitter on Wednesday evening, reports NAP.
