Jelka Milićević to take over as Deputy Director of the FBiH Banking Agency

(Patria) - The FBiH Government, at the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Finance, has adopted a conclusion establishing a proposal for the appointment of Jelka Milićević as Deputy Director of the FBiH Banking Agency, for a period until the expiry of the mandate of the dismissed Deputy Director, who was appointed by a Decision of the FBiH Parliament.

The Government will submit the Proposal for a Decision on the Appointment of the Deputy Director of the FBiH Banking Agency to the FBiH Parliament for appointment.

Today, preliminary approval was given to the Assembly of the Public Enterprise Roads of FBiH d.o.o. Mostar for the appointment of Alen Tucaković, Ćamil Ganibegović, Marija Buntić, Ante Vrdoljak, and Alen Sejdinović as acting members of the Supervisory Board, until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of three months.

Prior to this, preliminary approval was given to the Assembly of this public enterprise for the dismissal of the acting members of the Supervisory Board, due to the expiry of their mandate.

The Government also adopted a Decision appointing the Supervisory Board of the Public Enterprise National Park Una d.o.o. Bihać, for a period of four years, consisting of Jasmin Dervić as president, and Vildana Jogić and Adnan Vuković as members.

This decision dismisses the president and members of the temporary Supervisory Board from their duties due to the expiry of their mandate.

Today, a Decision was also adopted appointing acting members of the Supervisory Board of Lutrija BiH, until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of three months, consisting of Miroslav Ćorić, Ženja Ljubuškić, Saša Grabovac, Armin Sirčo, and Neira Mlinarević.

Previously, a Decision was adopted dismissing the current Supervisory Board of Lutrija BiH before the expiry of its mandate.

For participation in the work and decision-making at the upcoming general meetings of business companies, Stipo Buljan (UNIS Group d.o.o.), Halko Balavac (BH-Gas d.o.o. Sarajevo), Zlatan Bilanović (Tehnički remontni zavod Hadžići d.d. Hadžići), and Emir Raščić (Agrokomerc d.d. Velika Kladuša) were authorized today.
