One of the most famous beaches in the world is no longer accessible from land

(Patria) - The famous Red Beach on the Greek island of Santorini has been closed due to a landslide that occurred three days ago following an earthquake measuring over 4 on the Richter scale.

Rocks that collapsed have completely blocked access to the beach from land, making it now only possible to reach it by boat.

This is one of the most famous beaches on the island, located near an archaeological site.

However, this did not stop Chinese tourists who were still on the island from taking photos right on the edge of the cliff where the landslide occurred, reported Greek "Proto thema".

Otherwise, earthquakes continue in the Cyclades region. Dozens of new ones were recorded just yesterday. In the meantime, about 10,000 people have left the island fearing a stronger earthquake.
