Is it time to vaccinate Dragan Čović?

Bosnia and Herzegovina does not need COVID-19 for its citizens to live in fear and panic. This country has its decades-old viruses that plague its population.

These are different groups of viruses that equally destroy the socio-political being of BiH.

One of these viruses is Milorad Dodik, a cover-page personality, a bully, a loudmouth, a dictator. Specializing in threats, referendums, secessionism. However, a vaccine has been found in the United States for this type of political virus. It is called the blacklist.

The vaccine has largely mitigated Dodik's actions. He occasionally becomes active, but as soon as epidemiologists from the US and the Quint react, Dodik retreats. And so it goes.

Čović - the most dangerous virus

Another virus answers to the name Bakir Izetbegović. It is mainly confined to a specific territory and ethnic group. In translation, to Sarajevo Canton and Bosniaks. It rarely spreads to other areas. What makes it dangerous, however, is the fact that it often merges with the other two viruses. In that group, it can and does cause a lot of damage.

The third and most dangerous virus for Bosnia and Herzegovina is Dragan Čović, codenamed "Soko" (Falcon). A large number of UZP (Joint Criminal Enterprise) particles are the basic form of this virus, and when supplemented with other viroses, it creates a pandemic that threatens everyone in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Dragan Čović controls the legislative, executive, and judicial branches. The legislative and judicial are key. At the state level, Čović is crucial in both houses of the BiH Parliament. Without him, not even a decision that milk is white can pass. The situation is similar in the Parliament of the Federation, and the most brutal control of power is evident in cantons where "endangered" Croats form a majority.

In previous years, Čović also had control over the BiH Presidency, but he lost it solely because he made a scarecrow of himself for everyone who is not a Croat and lives in the entity named Federation.

To compensate him for this loss, the viruses Dodik and Izetbegović, with their partners, gift Čović the position of Chief Prosecutor. With this move, Čović took control of law and justice.

The virus named Čović also likes to destroy the economy. And it is very successful there. He managed to destroy everything that had the potential to operate in Herzegovina. He created loyal tycoons on the ashes of economic giants. The latest is Aluminij, whose parts he is now offering to a Chinese-Israeli consortium, and he sends thugs after dissidents. Dragan Čović wishes for his last act to be the creation of a third entity, more precisely, the revival of the criminal para-state "Herceg-Bosna". For this, he needs an Election Law tailored to his needs, which would be the first step towards achieving the goal of a Croatian entity. He only discusses this with Izetbegović. This has been the core of his policy for the last eight years.

He joined Dodik in Russophilia. He may have even surpassed him, so now he goes to Russia and makes arrangements. And what Čović and Dodik arrange in Russia is certainly not favorable for BiH, nor for American interests in the Balkans.

In addition to advocating for stronger Russian influence, Čović, through his man named Zoran Galić, also ensures that as many migrants as possible enter Bosnia and Herzegovina. Thus, he directly burdens the country while claiming that only he and Croats are advocates for joining the European Union.

After listing all this, and it's not even close to his entire opus, the question arises why the inventors of the vaccine for Dodik don't do the same for Čović. Especially since this third one - Izetbegović - has been isolated even from those ceremonial gatherings in the West.

Is Čović protected from such actions?

Milorad Dodik's policy is no more dangerous than Dragan Čović's. However, for some reason, Čović has been spared so far. It was previously said that Čović was a favorite of certain currents in the international community for some reason. It was also said that this international community had saved Čović from prison.

However, the geopolitical situation today is much different, and powers from the East have increasing aspirations towards Bosnia and Herzegovina. I am referring to Russia, China, but also other countries from the East of the planet.

Because of this, the United States does not have much time to stop and sanction Dragan Čović. Because, the moment Russian policy, aided by Chinese and Turkish, takes precedence, all the vaccines in the world will be ineffective.

And the US loses a lot in that case.
