Public exasperated by political games: SNSD leader files appeal to "unconstitutional Constitutional Court"

 

Crazy, confused, but certainly no sane people in BiH in the last month. Politicians are maximally exasperating citizens with their games, moves, statements. Nobody understands anything anymore, and even if someone understands something, the very next day or hour they see that it is not quite as they thought it was, writes the Patria news agency.

RS President Milorad Dodik believes that the Constitutional Court of BiH should have gotten rid of foreigners, that this was not done, and that it is unconstitutional.

He, as well as the President of the National Assembly of RS Nedeljko Čubrilović, and the Prime Minister of RS Željka Cvijanović, ignored the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH on the unconstitutionality of January 9th as the Day of RS. A referendum was also organized and conducted.

Now Dodik is addressing the same "unconstitutional Constitutional Court of BiH" with two appeals - on the unconstitutionality of March 1st, the Day of Independence of BiH, and the unconstitutionality of all laws and decisions made by the Parliament of the Federation of BiH because the Club of Serbs is not filled in accordance with the constitutional provisions.

How does Dodik now see the "unconstitutional Constitutional Court of BiH" as a judicial institution to which he can submit an appeal?

In the event that the Constitutional Court of BiH makes a decision, for example, that March 1st is the Day of Independence of BiH, how will it be constitutional for Dodik, when he considers both the Constitutional Court of BiH and the decision on January 9th to be unconstitutional?

Or is his goal, if the Constitutional Court of BiH confirms that March 1st is constitutional, to show that this highest judicial instance in the country is operating under political pressure?
