Public Hearing of BiH Ombudsmen: Focus on Arbitration Proceedings Against the State

(Patria) - The Finance and Budget Committee of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PSBiH) and the Anti-Corruption Committee of the House of Representatives of the PSBiH have scheduled for Monday, June 9, 2025 at 12:00 PM (Blue Hall) a public hearing of current and former ombudsmen of the Ombudsman's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The decision on the public hearing of current and former ombudsmen of the Ombudsman's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina was made at the 36th session of the Finance and Budget Committee of the House of Representatives of the PSBiH, held on May 28, 2025, and at the 16th session of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the House of Representatives of the PSBiH, held on May 28, 2025.

The Decision states that the public hearing of current and former ombudsmen of the Ombudsman's Office of BiH will be conducted so that the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH can obtain all necessary information regarding all ongoing arbitration proceedings against Bosnia and Herzegovina, which are contained in the Report of the Ombudsman's Office of BiH, document number: 01-07-4-1045/25 of April 25, 2025.
