FRUITLESS EUROPEAN POLICY Neither pregnant women, nor democracy - only Čović, discrimination and apartheid!

The process of joining the EU implies the transformation of society so that it becomes stable, just and safe for everyone. That is what is important and why I will continue to advocate and return to reforms until we succeed together in changing things for the better for everyone in the country. Until Bosnia and Herzegovina is ready for the EU. It is definitely worth the effort! - Johann Sattler (June 3, 2020).

The introductory sentence of this text is actually a promise and the concluding sentence of a Twitter post from a year and a half ago by the Head of Delegation and Special Representative of the European Union in BiH, Sattler, entering the political stage of Bosnia and Herzegovina as someone representing the modern and organized European Union in the chaotic, wild, devastated union of warriors and madmen that is Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Sattler also spoke then about the ordinary, everyday problems of BiH citizens, pregnant women who lose their jobs, fathers who cannot take parental leave. Perhaps at the beginning of his term, he had the courage to speak about people and rights. However, soon, as is now clearly visible, he descended to the primitive levels of our country's political underworld, which has been created since the first post-war years.

Neither an identical legal framework on pregnant women and their rights has ever been adopted in BiH, nor have many of the things from Sattler's promise at the end of the June 2020 text come true. Except for one, himself. Sattler, from a symbol of hope and a driving force for BiH on its European path, was soon 'exposed' as just another in a series of charlatans who can only fill the space of uninspired television news editors. Everything else has been reduced to trading and some higher levels.

Today, 16 or more months later, Sattler is just a pawn in the clutches of mercenary diplomatic structures that do not want pregnant women giving birth in Bosnia and Herzegovina, that do not want BiH children, except as enslaved labor. Today, Sattler is anything but what he was when he said it was worth the effort to reform Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Because, today's Johann Sattler represents the views of followers of the worst forms of crime, defined in international law as a joint criminal enterprise. This European Sattler today wholeheartedly, as he did with pregnant women back then, supports the Balkan implementers of apartheid and discrimination of all forms and levels, to the most monstrous. Today, this Sattler would protect the right to the destructive policies of those who destroyed the Old Bridge, killed Ahmići, introduced dogs instead of Serbs into Aluminij, and decided on life and death at Heliodrom.

Finally, equally importantly, today's Sattler is the main driving force only for those who have crushed the Croatian political being within BiH and are still considered its main leaders and proponents.

Therefore, not even a shadow of the old Sattler remains. Or perhaps there was no old Sattler, but it was all just a shell, a vision, and a phantom of what awaits us after new geopolitical shifts. What if Sattler was just a wrapper for the geopolitical picture that awaits us after COVID and its final disappearance?

A year and a half later, Sattler has new focuses of action. Fighting the masking of anti-European and discriminatory versions in the BiH Election Law, in order to help Dragan Čović rule forever, is Johann Sattler's main remaining mission. This time, emboldened by the fact that Sarajevo is not on Brussels' radar, Sattler, more than any other international diplomat, has boarded the umbrella of the Milošević-style propaganda of spiritual care for BiH Croats - the endangered Catholic brethren need the help of a pan-Catholic Europe to save themselves from the Muslim clutches. Approximately in this way, the Austrian with an address in Skenderija is trying to secure Čović's election law.

Nowhere is there any mention of man and his rights in the actions of the head of the European delegation, nowhere is there any talk of BiH in the EU, the Opinion, the candidacy, reforms, rights, judgments of the European Court of Human Rights from Zornić, through Sejdić and Finci, to the fact that we need a modern electoral system and not a political-institutional apparatus by which slave owners will rule simply because of how they are determined or pray to God.

And perhaps Sattler is fickle, perhaps forgetful, or perhaps corruptible, but he is just an individual. The European Union has long since laid down its democratic spears before the fascistoid onslaughts of apartheid, segregation, discrimination, and who knows what other schizophrenic ways of organizing elections.

If we add to this the growing tensions, Serbian-Croatian nationalism on the old aggressive waves, the common Balkan-European hatred of Muslims, far worse than mere Islamophobia, it is clear that the unstable area around Sarajevo can expect new political earthquakes in the near future.

The only question is what will happen if someone manages to activate the volcano on Trebević. And we could have had a Sattler generation if only Sattler had kept his promise to reform the laws on pregnant women and maternity leave. Who knows what kind of diplomats, politicians, engineers could have been born from that.

But it won't happen, because both Sattler's and European policy have long been fruitless in this piece of Balkan land. And well-paid!
