Strong Wind Gusts Hinder Traffic in Bosnia and Herzegovina

This morning, traffic is moving on wet and slippery roads in most parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina. On the Glamoč-Mlinište road, we warn of trampled or slushy snow on the road, and on the Ripač-Vrtoče road (Bihać-Bosanski Petrovac), fog and low clouds are reducing visibility. Light snow is falling this morning at the Makljen mountain pass (Prozor-Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje), but it is not settling on the road. Strong wind gusts are causing difficulties for drivers. We draw attention to frequent rock and earth falls on the road. We appeal to drivers to drive with maximum caution on all roads, to adjust their driving to current road conditions, and not to set off without winter equipment.

Due to works in the Crnaja tunnel (Konjic-Jablanica), traffic alternates in one lane during the day, while at night (11:30 PM to 4:30 AM) traffic is suspended.

Due to works in the Skela tunnel, on the Jajce-Donji Vakuf main road, traffic alternates in one lane during the day, while at night (10 PM to 6 AM) traffic is suspended and diverted onto a bypass around the tunnel (the circle of the Metaling factory).

Traffic is slow due to works on the following roads: Olovo-Kladanj (Olovske Luke), Jablanica-Mostar (section from Komadinovo vrelo to the Begić and Begović bridge), Blažuj-Gromiljak (Radanovići), Doboj-Gračanica (in Klokotnica), Grude-Ljubuški (at the exit from Grude), and Stolac-Hutovo (in the village of Cerovica).

Due to numerous rock falls and the risk of landslides on the Brod na Drini-GP Hum/Šćepan Polje main road, passenger vehicles are moving with difficulty, while traffic for freight vehicles is suspended.
