Jajce earned more than one million marks from tourists this year

Jajce was visited by more than 100,000 tourists this year, who left the city more than one million KM, not counting overnight stays.

Huso Hadžić, director of the Agency for Cultural-Historical and Natural Heritage and Development of Tourism Potentials of the City of Jajce, said he was satisfied with this year's results in tourism, but reminded that the Agency will not stop until the city receives 250,000 tourists annually, and even more, which is the number of guests Jajce had on an annual level until the 1990s, i.e., until the beginning of the aggression against the country, reports the Patria news agency.

Despite all the better tourism successes, Hadžić noted that not even 30 percent of the potential that this city offers has been used in Jajce and that the Agency will continue to work to ensure that all the beauties of Jajce are included in the tourist offer as soon as possible.

Jajce hosted the celebration of World Tourism Day on Thursday, and during the ceremony, Hadžić presented certificates of appreciation to media, individuals, and organizations that contributed in any way to the promotion of the beauties of Jajce, reports NAP.
