Body of 65-year-old man who fell into Neretva canyon recovered

On Saturday afternoon, the Konjic Police Station was notified that an lifeless body of a man was found in the village of Suhori, in the municipality of Konjic. Upon arriving at the scene, the person was identified as K. Dž. (1951) from Sarajevo. The body of the deceased man was recovered by members of the Konjic Mountain Rescue Service (GSS), Patria reports.

- GSS KONJIC headed towards Bjelići, specifically into the Neretva canyon near the village of Gapići. At the scene, under the supervision of the duty prosecutor and members of the Konjic Police Department, we found the lifeless body of a man, and after the prosecutor's permission, the extraction of the body to a safe location for further transport began - the GSS stated.
