Executive Board did not accept Prosinečki's resignation

(Patria) - After slightly less than two hours, the Executive Board of the BiH FA did not accept the resignation of the BiH coach. Robert Prosinečki remains the coach of the national football team!

Few expected such a turn. Prosinečki submitted his resignation after the embarrassment in Yerevan, which divided the BiH public. In 24 hours, Prosinečki went from a loser to a "victim". He even hosted a farewell dinner for his closest associates.

Prosinečki submitted his resignation on Sunday, immediately after our national team's loss in Yerevan (4:2), in the sixth round of Group "J" of the Euro 2020 qualifiers. He was appointed coach of our national team in January 2018. Since then, he has led the "Dragons" in 18 matches, achieving seven wins, six draws, and five losses. 

Our national team will play its next Euro 2020 qualifier on October 12 against Finland in Zenica. Three days later, the "Dragons" will visit Athens.
