Scouts from Sarajevo and Banovići are staying in Istanbul

Scouts from Sarajevo detachments “Prvi Dobrinjski“, “Vrelo Bosne“, “Mladost' from Ilijaša and Rakovic and "Plamen" from Banovići are guests of Turkish scouts in the Umraniye camp in Istanbul, writes the BH News Agency Patria.

The scouts are staying in Turkey for seven days in the Asian part of Istanbul, and along with daily scouting activities, they are also visiting Istanbul's landmarks and making new friends.

As stated by Emira Kršlak, president of the BiH Scout Association, for the Patria agency, they received the invitation for this visit from the Federation of Turkish Scouts.

- On this occasion, I thank the scouts who invited us and enabled our stay in their camp. I believe that the tradition of such gatherings will continue. At the ceremonial assembly, the flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina was waving and the scouting anthem of Bosnia and Herzegovina was sung - says Kršlak.
