Exceptional skiing conditions on Bjelašnica and Igman

On Bjelašnica and Igman the weather is currently sunny, the ski slopes are groomed and the skiing conditions are exceptional, announced by ZOI '84, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Today in  Babin dol on Bjelašnica the following will be operational: ski lifts BX, BY, K1 (cradle), baby lifts, helipad, boilers and the triple chairlift. Night  skiing on Bjelašnica is available every day except Sunday from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. During the weekend, the Bjelašnica-Igman unit will operate at full capacity.

On Malo polje on Igman the baby lifts and the double chairlift will be in operation,  while on Veliko polje the baby lift and the cross-country skiing trail will be operational.

The snow depth in Babin dol on Bjelašnica is currently 120 cm, and the temperature is -1°C. The snow cover depth at the top of Bjelašnica is 238 cm, while the temperature is -6°C. On Malo polje on Igman the current snow depth is 80 cm, and the temperature is -4°C.
