Amendments to the Law on Old Savers Before Ministers of the FBiH Government

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will, at today's session which began in Sarajevo, declare itself on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Settlement of Obligations Based on Old Foreign Currency Savings Accounts in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, based on which the final deadline for verification of old foreign currency savings accounts would be set as December 31, 2022.

On the agenda is also the report on the health status of the population and health care in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2018, which will be submitted to the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for consideration and approval. Through seven chapters of this document, an analysis of data on the state of health and health care by cantons is included. Before the members of the Federal Government are also the Draft Strategy for the Reception and Integration of Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina Returning to BiH under the Readmission Agreement and the Action Plan for the period 2020-2023. The strategy represents a continuation of fulfilling BiH's obligations from the Roadmap for Visa Liberalization with the aim of preserving the visa-free regime granted to it by the decision of the Council of Europe on December 14, 2010, as well as obligations under the Stabilization and Association Agreement.

On the agenda are also the information of the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism on the impossibility of issuing an environmental permit to the company GIKIL d.o.o. Lukavac for the complex of plants for the production of coke, chemical products and energy, and the information of the Federal Ministry of Finance on the transition of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute to treasury operations.
