Izetbegović packs the 300-millionth Tops

Member of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović visited the facilities of the AC Food (Agrokomerc) factory in Velika Kladuša this morning, where he took the opportunity to pack the 300-millionth produced Tops.

Izetbegović said that this is his first time in the Agrokomerc facilities and that he is very pleased to have come on this occasion. He emphasized that he hopes there will be even more pleasant events like today's, and that the number of employees will also increase.

As announced by AC FOOD, during the visit Izetbegović was acquainted with the current efforts and plans of the newly established company, through which Agrokomerc brands are intended to return to store shelves, and the industrial facilities of this once regional giant are to be revived for the benefit of the Krajina region and all of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- Today we ceremonially packed the 300-millionth Tops, which they say is one of the most beloved biscuits in the region. We need more positive stories like this, and it would be good to follow the example of this company and these hardworking people. Agrokomerc was built by generations of honest workers and skilled experts, and we will do everything to get it back on its feet. The 'Krajina giant' has slept for too long, and it is time to wake it up for the good and benefit of Bosanska Krajina and all of Bosnia and Herzegovina. What we saw today at AC FOOD inspires hope and provides realistic expectations that we could soon have even greater capacity utilization and even more jobs - stated Izetbegović.

The high delegation led by Izetbegović, which also included the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of the Federation of BiH Šemsudin Dedić, as well as the Prime Minister of the Una-Sana Canton Husein Rošić, was welcomed by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AS Group with associates Sulejman Hrvić, and the workers of the company AC Food, as well as its director Smail Korajlić.
