Izetbegović with Daul: Euro-Atlantic Integrations Against Retrograde Tendencies in BiH and the Region

Member of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović met today in Strasbourg with the President of the European People's Party (EPP) Joseph Daul. The main topic of discussion was the Euro-Atlantic path of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During the meeting, Izetbegović emphasized the necessity of preserving the momentum of reforms and continuing the positive trend in the country.

Relations in the Western Balkans region were also discussed. The interlocutors agreed that strong progress in Euro-Atlantic integrations is the most effective way to prevent retrograde tendencies in BiH and the region, as well as a barrier against radicalism and all other forms of extremism, it was announced from Izetbegović's cabinet, reports Patria.
