Izetbegović receives Apostolic Nuncio to BiH Bishop Luigi Pezzuto

Member of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović received the Apostolic Nuncio to BiH Bishop Luigi Pezzuto, announced from the BiH Presidency.

Special attention was given to the announced visit of Pope Francis to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- We gladly received the news that Pope Francis will visit Bosnia and Herzegovina on June 6 this year. Pope Francis is a sincere friend of Bosnia and Herzegovina. His visit will mean a lot for Bosnia and Herzegovina and all its citizens, because from our country he will send messages of peace, understanding and a shared intertwined life, and contribute to further strengthening of interreligious dialogue and cooperation, for which Bosnia and Herzegovina is recognized in the world - stated on this occasion the member of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović.
