Izetbegović initiates dispute between BiH and RS entity

Leader of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) Bakir Izetbegović will today submit a request to the Constitutional Court of BiH, initiating a dispute between the RS entity and the state.

As he explained, the Constitution, law, and institutions must be respected in BiH, and the RS is acting against this, although the principles of the Constitution must be final. He stated that the people cannot be asked about certain issues.

- We should all respect the Constitution and institutions of BiH. It is not fair to lead the people based on emotions to vote for it and thus build trust, because the court's decision is final after all. The court's decision must be respected, and the people cannot know much about it. No one should be angry with anyone in this country, and the discrimination of one part of the people is indisputable - said Izetbegović.

In addition to this, Izetbegović will also request that the Constitutional Court of BiH issue a temporary measure to annul the decision to hold the referendum.
