Izetbegović: When Radončić returns from vacation, we will sit down with Čović

Chairman of the Presidency of BiH Bakir Izetbegović addressed the media today after Dragan Čović, president of HDZ BiH and member of the Presidency of BiH, held a press conference and said that he did not receive the paper on the Coordination Mechanism sent by Milorad Dodik, but no one questions the position of any level of government in BiH, Patria reports.

- It was the same in the previous proposal and it will be this time as well. We did nothing to the detriment of the cantons when it comes to the agreement with Dodik - said Izetbegović.

He added that the best solution should be sought through sessions of the Council of Ministers.

- It is better to do that through the Council of Ministers, where Mr. Bevanda, who represents HDZ, sits. Čović persistently claims there is a crisis of government, but he has never given me a precise answer as to what exactly he means. It all started with the story about betting shops that earn more than BH Telecom. When you don't pay taxes, you save 15-20 million per month. Any delay in that is supporting another 15 million in someone's pocket - he added.

He also added that he will soon hold a meeting with the president of SBB, Fahrudin Radončić.

- I plan to sit down with Radončić and Čović soon; Radončić went on vacation for a few days, so when he returns we will sit and talk. I do not plan to sit alone with Čović, because the coalition is at the level of SDA - HDZ BiH - SBB. There will be legal and democratic states both in Bosnia and in Herzegovina - he concluded.
