Izetbegović gives green light to Kamber and Avdić to divide Krajina people

Besides Sarajevo, Zenica and Tuzla, where he was defeated by his fierce rival Fahrudin Radončić, Krajina did not fail this time either, and the biggest difference for the deputy president of SDA, Bakir Izetbegović, in the race for the Bosniak member of the Presidency of BiH was made precisely in Krajina.

And instead of repaying the people of Krajina and supporting a candidate from Krajina for one of the leading positions, Bakir Izetbegović, after proposing Asim Sarajlić, a man with questionable moral and professional credentials, for the president of the Personnel Commission in SDA, proposed a candidate from Sarajevo again for the state prime minister, Denis Zvizdić, who does not have much experience with BiH institutions, as he has so far been a cantonal official and a federal deputy.

After these two, Izetbegović is preparing to propose a candidate from Sarajevo or Tuzla again for the federal prime minister, as according to media reports, it will be either Fadil Novalić or Erdal Trhulj.

Novalić is not an official candidate of the party bodies, but rather Bakir Izetbegović's or one of his trusted associates. And again, there is no candidate from Krajina. Trhulj is supported by the base and is not Izetbegović's candidate. Therefore, Novalić is more likely to be the new federal prime minister.

The people of Krajina are there when votes are needed and backs need to be put up, but when it comes to positioning, others are found, and the people of Krajina are served division and conflict, as has unfortunately happened many times before. The Krajina SDA unanimously supported its candidates in mid-December and requested their participation in the state and federal government.

The candidate supported by the SDA bodies in Krajina for the government in Sarajevo is one of those brilliant young and capable politicians, who has enjoyed the support of the people in Krajina for several election cycles in a row, and who receives the most trust, and that is Senad Šepić, vice-president of SDA, former president of the youth in this party, and now director of the popular Political Academy which educates and trains many young people throughout BiH.

Šepić has support in Brussels and many EU countries individually. But what many better connoisseurs of 'high politics' have been saying, that the Central Office in Sarajevo will not give a chance to someone who has real results and who is capable, someone who can get things done and move the country forward, has started to happen in recent days.

Again, as in 2010, after the elections, when Šepić received the most votes, and the Central Office bypassed him because they feared the upcoming Congress and his candidacy for a high position in the party, this time too, suitable and obedient individuals are sought from Krajina, not someone like Šepić, who, according to some outdated cadres in the SDA Central Office, could threaten and overshadow them with his work and ability.

After the unity of Krajina, such cadres and manipulators from the SDA Central Office come into play and invite some individuals from Krajina SDA, mostly those defeated in the last elections, and promise them positions in exchange for challenging the decisions of the Krajina SDA bodies and Senad Šepić's candidacy for state minister.

Unfortunately, these activities are accepted by some cadres from Krajina who were punished by the people in the elections and who did not receive the mandate from the people of Krajina to decide for them, and these are Asim Kamber and Amir Avdić, whom Bakir Izetbegović received in his office in Sarajevo, and who, after the Sarajevo meeting, began working on destabilizing and dividing Krajina.

They organized an extra-statutory session of the Cantonal Board and sent candidacies for themselves and other candidates for positions in Sarajevo instead of Šepić. Of course, such selfish decisions are invalid, without signatures and official bodies, and must be rejected.

And after that, they continue to challenge the formation of the cantonal government of USK and collect signatures for the dismissal of the cantonal president of SDA in USK, Esad Bašagić, who does not want to withdraw the decision to support Šepić and who demands that the candidates voted for by the people be proposed for ministerial positions in Sarajevo.

All this is done, obviously on orders, to show that Krajina is divided and has no stance. Although the people gave a clear assessment for all cadres from Krajina in the elections. Insiders in the harsh Bosniak politics claim that all this could not happen without the green light from Izetbegović, who, in this way, sends a very ugly message to the people of Krajina and those who gave him the greatest trust.

Successful leaders of parties or nations surround themselves with capable and moral associates who have results and the support of their base and the people, thus initiating processes and changing the country and society for the better. The bad and unsuccessful ones surround themselves with dubious and weak cadres, those who deal with other people and various intrigues, undermine successful people around them, initiate conflicts and divisions, thus ensuring their survival for some time.
