Bosnia and Herzegovina international Izet Hajrović has signed for German club Werder Bremen, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP). Hajrović has left Turkish club Galatasaray and joined the famous German first division club, confirmed the club. He will join the club's preparations in Austria next week, after undergoing medical examinations yesterday.
The transfer was also confirmed by Thomas Eichin, the club's sporting director, who expressed his satisfaction with Hajrović's arrival.
- We are sure that he will integrate quickly and continue his development as a player - said Eichin. The coach of the Bremen-based club, Robin Dutt, is convinced that Hajrović will bring a new dimension to his attack.
- He is an attacker we desperately needed. He is fast, strong on the ball, and an excellent dribbler - said Dutt, reports Patria.
Hajrović also played excellently at the World Cup in Brazil in the jersey of the BiH national team, and his move to Werder is a big step in his career after playing in Turkey and Grasshoppers in Switzerland, reports NAP.
