Arrest warrants issued for Dodik, Višković, and Stevandić; if not found at addresses, a central search will be issued

(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has issued arrest warrants for the hearing of the President of the BiH entity Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik, RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković, and President of the National Assembly of RS Nenad Stevandić for the criminal offense of attacking the constitutional order.

Dodik, Višković, and Stevandić are to be apprehended by the BiH Court Police with the assistance of police agencies.

None of the three responded to the summons from the BiH Prosecutor's Office for a hearing.

If the three are not apprehended, and they likely will not be found at their registered addresses, a central search will be issued, according to which they can be apprehended by any police agency within BiH, including any police officer who sees them.

Given that they will not be found at their addresses, they will be at the session of the National Assembly of RS today, mocking the BiH Prosecutor's Office, where a law establishing a special prosecutor's office and court to prosecute criminal offenses, including the non-execution of RS decisions, is being considered. However, the Prosecutor's Office has only issued an order for apprehension if they are found at their home addresses.

The Constitutional Court of BiH has temporarily suspended the previous four unconstitutional laws prohibiting the work of the HJPC, Prosecutor's Office, Court, and SIPA on the territory of RS until a final decision.
