(Patria) - The Government of the Federation of BiH at today's session dismissed the members of the Management of Željeznice FBiH and appointed new acting directors. Of the six dismissed directors and executive directors, only two names have been changed. Mirza Hadžibegić was appointed instead of the dismissed director Enis Džafić. Dejan Kvesić was appointed acting executive director for railway infrastructure affairs instead of Mario Kozina.
One of the dismissed, and then reappointed executive directors for development and investments, is Reuf Sulejmanović, a member of Naša stranka, who was arrested in an operation by the KS Prosecutor's Office in mid-October due to the appointment of KJKP Rad director Nijaz Salamović, who was also arrested.
Both were issued bans from performing duties, so Samir Kurtanović succeeded Salamović as acting director, and the Government of FBiH decided to disregard the court ban and appoint Sulejmanović. The ban concerning Sulejmanović relates to the prohibition of membership in supervisory boards, but for the Government, this was not an obstacle.
Sulejmanović was the president of the Supervisory Board of KJKP Rad, which appointed Salamović as executive, and then director of this company, even though he did not meet all the requirements, and provided a forged certificate of work experience and service.
Director for economic affairs remains Zlatko Jelić. Executive director for legal and personnel affairs is Ena Duran Živanović. Adnan Kubat is the new acting director for railway operator affairs.
