3,000 coffees consumed from Vispak's giant cezve in the center of Vienna

Vispak's largest cezve in the world, placed at the Museumsquartier in the center of Vienna, was a reason for the gathering of several thousand Vienna residents and the BiH diaspora yesterday, and during that time nearly 3,000 coffees were consumed, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

The association "Srebrenica - Vienna" was the organizer of this gathering. With a height of 1.5 meters and a capacity of 650 liters, it was enough to be entered into the Guinness Book of Records in 2004.

As the Austrian Wiener Zeitung recently published, coffee is an association for friendship and closeness. One is invited for coffee only when they feel a certain intimacy and closeness towards the other person. Thus, according to an old legend, the devil is never invited for black coffee, but always a friend. If an invitation for coffee is accepted, friendship is accepted along with it. Bosnian coffee culture is a social institution and contributes to the improvement of interpersonal relationships.

In addition to the giant cezve, attendees could also see other beauties of BiH, as books titled "Come, See, Tell Further BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA" by Amel Salihbašić, who has been living and working in Vienna for years, were exhibited. This book has been translated into four languages and showcases all the tourist and natural beauties of BiH.
