Council of Ministers of BiH requested media accreditation for the summit in Neum, then the tender was cancelled

(Patria) - The Summit of Western Balkan leaders, which was supposed to be held on December 4 and 5 in Neum, has been cancelled because the tender was annulled, BHRT has confirmed.

The Council of Ministers cancelled the Summit because the tender for the organization of this event was rejected. The organization was awarded to the company Mindset, owned by the daughter of Gordan Memija, who is suspected of ties to Edin Gačanin Tito's drug cartel. Incidentally, the earlier tender for the organization of the digital summit was awarded to the company Foto Art.

The two-day event in Neum was supposed to gather key actors from the region and the European Union.

The aim of the planned meeting was to discuss important political, economic, and social issues.

On November 26, the Council of Ministers of BiH sent instructions for accreditation to the media, setting a deadline of November 29 for applications.
