The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton was informed around 11:10 AM that the body of an unknown man was floating in the Miljacka River in the Sarajevo settlement of Čengić Vila, near the Malaysia-Bosnia and Herzegovina Friendship Bridge.
Police immediately proceeded to the scene, and the body of the man was pulled from the river.
- The body was recovered, and resuscitation attempts were made. However, there was nothing that could be done for the drowned person - they said at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of KS.
