21 trucks with flour and food worth BAM 655,000 sent from BiH to Gaza

(Patria) - A total of twenty-one trucks with flour and food, worth BAM 655,000, have been sent to the Gaza Strip, announced the Pomozi.ba Association.

Eighteen trucks with flour are already on their way to Gaza, and the remaining three trucks of food will depart tomorrow.



Interestingly, the Pomozi.ba Association also sent trucks to the people of Gaza on this day last year.

These are donations from citizens, individuals, as well as companies, both from BiH and the diaspora and the world, who have been donating and continue to donate funds for the people of Gaza since October 2023, as the Pomozi.ba campaign is still active.



In the previous period, Pomozi.ba donated BAM 2.6 million to the people of Gaza, with aid primarily in the form of food, tents, medical supplies, and other necessities.

Their plan is to undertake more significant long-term projects for these people in the coming period, through the construction of settlements or some other form of assistance.



They emphasize that they will continue to distribute food donations to help civilians who are unjustly most affected in these types of conflicts.

We remind you that in cooperation with several partner organizations from Switzerland, Austria, and Turkey, in the previous period, in addition to donations of flour, water, food packages, and medical supplies, they built a toilet in a refugee settlement and distributed hot meals to the medical staff of Abu Yusuf Al-Najjar Hospital in Rafah.



In previous years, they have also implemented many significant projects for Palestine, such as bringing water to a settlement of 2,000 people, building a wing of a hospital, providing a generator for another hospital, and donating an ambulance.
