The Islamic Community in BiH will launch a free website in September this year, where believers can gain basic knowledge about religion. The website will be called Onlinemekteb, the Islamic Community announced, reports the Patria News Agency.
The educational internet platform will be managed by respected members of the Islamic Community in BiH, who will offer citizens verified religious education that is in line with the correct interpretation of Islam.
Currently, mostly unverified internet portals with Islamic themes are available to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, offering superficial, unverified, and often distorted information about Islam, which often leaves citizens who are just being introduced to religion confused, or leads them in the wrong direction.
The modern internet platform of the Islamic Community in BiH will be of great help to young people, as well as to those who wish to learn the correct interpretation of Islam in their later years, reports NAP.
