Ivanić in Mostar: It is not easy to be a Bosniak in the RS, nor a Serb in the FBiH

The construction site of the Cathedral Church in Mostar was visited today by the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Mladen Ivanić, reports the Patria news agency.

With today's visit, he said he wants to draw the attention of donors, institutions of BiH and others to the fact that this church should be rebuilt as soon as possible.

Speaking about the position of Serbs in the FBiH, Ivanić pointed out that he always tried to ensure they receive full treatment and significance, and stated that it is not easy to be a member of a minority people in an environment where someone else is the majority.

– It is not easy to be a Bosniak in the RS, nor a Serb in the FBiH – said Ivanić.

For the reconstruction of the Cathedral Church in Mostar, an additional 2.5 million KM needs to be allocated.
