Ivanić writes to The Hague again: Crnadak to deliver the letter

A special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska is being held today in Banja Luka regarding the Information on the request for revision of the International Court of Justice ruling in the lawsuit of BiH against Serbia, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated that "genocidal intent is being attributed to Serbia and us."

- For me, RS is above any party, individual, position, or privilege. The NSRS is the only place where the interests of RS can be defined. Today, we must define the NSRS as the place for all our decisions. This is a major crisis that Bakir Izetbegović has produced through a series of bad decisions.

Dodik believes that the representatives of Bosniak politics have changed over the years, but the politics have not.

- What is the difference between the politics of Izetbegović, reis Cerić, Tihić? People have changed, but their politics have not. They are all united by hatred towards RS and will not miss an opportunity to manifest what they know. Have you heard any Bosniak question the legality of the revision? Izetbegović and his followers have further undermined BiH. This is the fiercest blow to BiH, and we must not miss it - said Dodik.

The Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Mladen Ivanić, stated that Bakir Izetbegović created the blockade, and parallel structures are destroying the institutions of BiH.

- I have prepared a new letter to the International Court of Justice in The Hague. Due to the existence of a parallel Bosniak structure, I will not be able to send the letter through the regular channels. I will send an envoy, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and we are currently looking for a time - said Ivanić, adding that the letter will state, among other things, that the Court in The Hague received the request for revision of the ruling from an informal group of people.

- I am convinced that such a submission of a request will fail at the first step. This is also confirmed by the letters for the members of the Presidency of BiH, whose content I do not yet know. If the request were in order, there would be no letters, and no one would be contacting us. It is evident that there is something wrong with the request. If it were in order, the Court would have accepted it and would not be commenting - believes Ivanić.

The Chairman of the Presidency of BiH considers his actions regarding the revision of the ruling to be well-argued.

- I have shown that there is an attack on the institutions of BiH and that there is parallelism. At times, I felt somewhat alone, as if they wanted me to slip, to fall, even if RS were to fall in the process.
