Ivanić and Cormack discussed the formation of government in BiH

Chairman of the BiH Presidency Mladen Ivanić welcomed the US Ambassador Maureen Cormack to Bosnia and Herzegovina, expressing his belief that bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries will continue to strengthen during her mandate, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

Ambassador Cormack expressed support for the European Union's initiative towards BiH and confirmed that the US will continue to provide strong support to BiH in implementing all necessary reforms to encourage economic and social development and ensure faster progress for our country.

Chairman Ivanić informed the US Ambassador about the activities related to the constitution of government bodies in BiH, as well as the current European initiative for BiH. On this occasion, it was stated that BiH will continue to implement the previously concluded agreement on state property in relation to the requirements of the MAP.

During the conversation, it was emphasized that the process of forming newly elected authorities at all levels needs to be completed as soon as possible, with the priority being focused on implementing reform measures that would ensure economic stability and development of the country, as well as the inflow of foreign investments into Bosnia and Herzegovina.
