According to data from the Party of Democratic Progress, Mladen Ivanić, candidate for the Serbian member of the BiH Presidency, leads by a margin of 10,000 votes, the Bosnian news agency Patria learns.
After two-thirds of the votes from polling stations have been counted, Ivanić currently has 210,000 votes, while his opponent from the SNSD, Željka Cvijanović, has 200,000 votes.
Vice President of the PDP Branislav Borenović said tonight that he is convinced that the higher voter turnout in the elections in Republika Srpska means „a harbinger of major changes in the RS and shows the overwhelming victory of the Alliance for Change candidate.“
