THE TRUTH GETS FURTHER AWAY Memić and Dragičević Cases in the Claws of State Mafia

When individuals from the people, simply put, ordinary citizens, take justice into their own hands, it is a sign that society is sinking into chaos. They have no other option, because the rule of law is at a low level, and then the disenfranchised, frustrated by accumulated problems, satisfy justice in their own way.

We have seen such cases recently in Croatia and Serbia. I seriously fear that such a trend could be recorded very quickly in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Cases that shake the public are not being resolved intentionally, because their resolution would mean the end of the state mafia.

Political analyst, Zagreb professor Žarko Puhovski, says that such examples, of which there are many in the post-Yugoslav region, testify that the system does not work, or works too slowly, forcing people to take desperate actions.

In our country, two obvious examples that the judiciary does not want to resolve are the cases of the murders of young men Dženan Memić and David Dragičević. It is clear to analysts why the investigation is intentionally turned in another direction, and it is also clear to the public. The quantity and quality of evidence unequivocally indicate that an effective investigation has not been conducted in the cases of Dženan Memić and David Dragičević.
Lawyer in these cases, Ifet Feraget, has constantly emphasized that an effective investigation is one that, in accordance with the standards of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, must be "appropriate", meaning an investigation in which all relevant facts must be established, because only such an investigation can lead to the identification of the perpetrator of the criminal offense and their punishment.

But the problem is that the state mafia does not want the truth to be known, because if it is known, they will no longer exist. And, as time passes, the chances of the truth being known and justice being served become smaller.
The networked system that staged a traffic accident, a supposed robbery, with lies is proof that it is a state mafia, and only thanks to the selfless sacrifice of the families of Dženan and David did they not succeed in their intentions to blame the Roma family for Dženan's death and to portray David as a robber and a drug addict.

However, the fear that the truth will not be known grows every day. The State Prosecutor's Office is being waited for, but given the credibility of this institution, it is difficult to believe that the families can rely on them completely.
Numerous inconsistencies surrounding the murder case of Dženan Memić have not been resolved even with the repeated trial; they can only be resolved by a new investigation by the BiH Prosecutor's Office, but everything is proceeding slowly and sloppily.

More than a dozen people have been heard at the BiH Prosecutor's Office, and according to information available to the Patria News Agency, there are elements of organized crime, but it seems there is no prosecutor brave enough to bring the culprits to court.

I must quote Johann Sattler, the EU Ambassador to BiH:

There is no justice without judicial integrity. Justice must be ensured within a reasonable time.
All actors must work towards zero corruption.
No one is above the law

All of the above is not present and is not represented in BiH, especially in the two mentioned cases, which is why the state mafia is above all laws, while frustration grows, and we pray that people do not take justice into their own hands, because then chaos and anarchy ensue.
