Another group of volunteers bid farewell in Ilidža Municipality

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - On the occasion of successfully completed volunteer work in the administrative body of Ilidža Municipality lasting 12 months, a reception for volunteers was organized in Ilidža Municipality on June 30, 2020. Young highly educated people, 32 of them, with experience gained over the past months in the Municipality, have earned the right to take the professional exam, after which they will be competitive in the labor market. 

The volunteers performed their work in the Municipality very successfully and showed exceptional readiness to acquire new knowledge and skills.

According to the volunteers, the experience gained in Ilidža Municipality has been of great benefit to them and they hope it will help them find a job, and they also thanked for the opportunity provided to them.

“This was my first work experience in my profession. I graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Journalism. I spent a year in the Service for Education, Culture, Sports and Information, specifically the Information Department. I learned a lot, how to write press releases, information, reactions, denials, how to organize a press conference, and many other things. I met many people, which is very useful. There was a lot of field organization, sometimes very dynamic, and many thanks to the mayor, thanks to the people in the service,” said Zerina Bahtanović-Imamović.
