ISIL has claimed responsibility for the Paris massacre. In an official statement, the terrorist group said that France is the "top target" of the organization, reports the Patria News Agency.
They also claim to have carefully researched the locations for the attacks, which were carried out by fighters carrying automatic weapons and explosive belts. The Guardian published the statement in French, adding that a full English version will be released soon.
