The media reported that the Serbian Army paraded through Prijedor this morning as part of the commemoration of the Battle of Kozara. This event was organized under the auspices of the Government of Republika Srpska, with the aim of highlighting "Serb victims and the struggle of Serbs against the Ustaše and fascists.”
They further reported that the army continued its parade towards Kozara, and as RTRS reported, the citizens of Prijedor welcomed them with applause. The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, also shared an RTRS report with the comment: "Finally."
This is an event that represents a first-class "scandal" that constitutes an attack on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our homeland, Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is the "Helicopter 2" affair. Only now it is a real squadron.
We cannot help but wonder what is going through the minds of the people heading the ministries who approve such attacks on the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which are made legal by the signatures of the ministers in the Council of Ministers.
This is an aggressive implementation of the Declaration of the All-Serbian Assembly, which seeks to incorporate the Bosnian-Herzegovinian entity of Republika Srpska into the legal system of the Republic of Serbia. Evidence for this is also the statement by Milorad Dodik, "Finally".
This is an annexation of part of our country's territory by Serbia. If we add to this the fact that mass crimes were committed against Bosniaks in Prijedor, then the march of members of the Serbian Army through that city represents a message to returnees and to all other cities in the Republika Srpska entity.
It is obvious that the warnings about the danger threatening our country, to which the actions of the ministers in the Council of Ministers contribute, are not reaching their "minds". The reason for this could be their complete ignorance of the system of government and the functioning of the state, or complete indifference to what is happening and what could still happen.
Therefore, we call on the members of the House of Representatives to immediately initiate a vote of no confidence and the dismissal of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in accordance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which stipulates:
„The Council of Ministers shall resign if the Parliamentary Assembly expresses no confidence in it.“
No justifications or explanations about their alleged procedures for approving the presence of foreign military forces in Bosnia and Herzegovina can be relevant. What matters to them is that "necessary procedures have been followed" (request submitted, reviewed, approved, consent given, etc.), and the fact that the state is collapsing because of it is not important to them.
They are leading us to believe, and quite justifiably, that they would also approve a request to annex parts of our country to other states. All that matters is that their approval "procedure" has been followed.
Therefore, let them not explain anything further to us. Resign IMMEDIATELY. By God, these jobs are not for you. It is not shameful to say "I don't know this".
